The new type of yarn has evolved!

It's very natural for wool to shrink if exposed to moisture, friction or heat. The major point of "Superwash" processing technology is in covering the fibres of yarn with a tiny film of Hercosett polymer, hence preventing the scales on fibres from sticking together. An extremely low concentration of this film is quite enough and is used on a fleece, yarn or on a finished product. It lets the water vapour through as usual and doesn't affect the wool properties and the quality of wearing. The woolen materials treated with Superwash technology can be washend on the gentle cycle in a washing machine at a temperature no more then 30C without any risk of shrinking or distorting.
